Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as all orders are processed automatically by our system and by the support team immediately after purchase confirmation.

For this reason, we do not accept cancellation requests after the order has been confirmed, regardless of whether the order has not yet been shipped or is already in transit.

2. Orders in Transit and Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

In the event of delivery delays, the customer will be duly informed at all times through the contact channels provided during the purchase.
Delivery delays do not constitute a valid reason for order cancellation.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)


In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

For this:
- The order must have been previously received;

- The return must be made in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy;

- The product must meet the conditions indicated in said policy;

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and it is mandatory that shipments include a tracking code, which must be provided to our team once the shipment has been made;

- Returns or refunds will not be accepted without compliance with these conditions.
