Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

Delivery time

- Please note that delivery times are indicative and may depend on factors such as busy delivery services or public holidays.

Shipping costs

At Casa Luz, shipping is free for all orders. We want your shopping experience to be as easy and economical as possible.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order at any time through our "Track Order" page. If you have any problems tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Additional information

Order Cancellation

Once payment is confirmed, the order automatically enters the logistics processing phase, so it is not possible to cancel or modify it. We recommend that you carefully check all details before finalizing your purchase.

Orders in Transit

While the order is within the estimated delivery time and in transit, it will not be possible to request returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Incorrect Customer Data

Casa Luz is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the customer (address, name, contact details). Please ensure that all fields are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Island Orders

Orders destined for islands may be subject to customs controls. In these cases, any possible fees, taxes or additional costs derived from customs management will be the responsibility of the customer. Likewise, delivery times may be slightly extended due to these processes, which are beyond our management.
